What are we launching?

Focus: A single place for all the tasks, threads, and updates you care about, across all your projects, so you can easily keep on top of what’s going on.

I’m so excited about this feature! It’s like nothing else out there, and makes it so easy to keep on track of everything.

Why is this important?

You’ll save time and always know what’s going on.

Focus is automatically populated with discussions, tasks, and updates you care about, across all your projects, so you don’t have to waste time tracking your work across Slack, email, in-person meetings, and todo apps.

What’s the customer problem?

With many communication channels and in-person meetings, it’s hard to keep track of all the discussions, tasks, and updates that you care about - particularly when you’re involved in multiple projects.

Focus tracks everything in one place so you never miss a thing.

What is the UX?

Focus is a single page, and your default workspace tab. Any active task, thread, or update you follow is automatically shown.

You’ll automatically follow new updates and threads for projects you’re working on, as well as tasks you’re assigned to. You can also manually follow any other task, thread, or update that you care about to pin it to your Focus page.

Macro has evolved so much over the last month - it’s moving from a WIP, to something that can make a big impact at work.
