Tasks: Consistent task rows styling

Problem: Task rows not consistently styled (in workspace/home and tasks/index), and key info is not always shown. E.g. assignee and due date.

Can we normalise the task row UI so looks/feels the same everywhere it’s seen (like thread and update rows)?

Design changes

• Equal height
• Same icon size
• Always have hover effect

NB. One key difference is that task rows in workspace/home will not support the status dropdown. This is to simplify the ‘Your tasks’ section, although there is a risk of confusion here.
