User profile / info on hover

Problem: Sometimes it hard to tell who a user is from their avatar - especially if they haven’t uploaded a custom avatar.

Can we add a hover modal to show extra info about a user? E.g.

Further ahead, it would be nice to have a full profile page for each user showing their projects, workspaces, comments etc.
