Follow existing threads and updates when added to a project

Problem: When you add someone to a project, they do not automatically follow the existing threads and updates - so their Focus is empty.

To solve, we can simply auto-follow existing open threads and previous updates (e.g. 5 most recent) to populate their Focus and get them up to speed.
