Fix: Mark read after posting a comment

Problem: Resources (updates/tasks/threads) are only marked as read when navigating to them directly. i.e. Not after submitting new resources or after posting a comment on them.

We can fix this by making a JS post request when viewing the page. This will work no matter how you have arrived on the page. As an added bonus, it also improves page load time. 💪

Steps

1. Add routes for marking threads/tasks/updates as read
2. Add client side JS
