Focus: Follow tasks

Steps

1. Backend: Follower migration/schema/context
2. Frontend: Display followers
3. Backend: Routes to follow/unfollow
4. Frontend: Add button to follow/unfollow
5. Backend: Auto follow when added as assignee

NB. Unlike updates and threads, tasks have no default followers. However, the assignee will be added as a follower automatically.
