Remove project goals

To reduce maintenance and keep the product as simple as possible, all features should either be gamechangers (something that drives adoption of the product) or showstoppers (something that will prevent adoption unless it exists). The project goals feature is neither so will be removed.

NB. People have used this feature, but in wildly different ways (task tracking vs OKRs vs health metric etc) and it is not fulfilling the role intended for it.
